Course Overview
90-Minute Interactive Workshop
Description:
In a world of generative AI, sponsored feeds, and instant answers, how do curious minds know what to trust?
In this hands-on, 90-minute workshop, students become Digital Detectives. Rather than fearing technology, students will learn to master it by cracking the code behind AI outputs, dissecting digital advertising, and building a practical toolkit to verify information. Through collaborative puzzles, lively debates, and inquiry-based investigations, young learners will gain the confidence to think critically, ask sharp questions, and navigate the digital landscape like pros.
Students Outcomes:
- Discover how AI models learn, predict, and sometimes get things delightfully wrong.
- Learn to identify hidden ads, sponsored content, and persuasive design tactics online.
- Master simple, powerful strategies to cross-check sources and verify facts.
